JASON KNIGHT has challenged himself to provide more end product after scoring just his second goal of the season.
The Bristol City captain gave his side a 2-1 lead against Plymouth Argyle on New Year’s Day only for them to be denied maximum points by Julio Pleguezuelo’s last-minute leveller.
It was the 23-year-old’s first goal since September. He has also clocked up five assists this term.
But, although he has mainly been deployed as a defensive midfielder in his second full season at Ashton Gate.
He is demanding more of an attacking contribution from himself.
