BIRMINGHAM, Ala. (WBRC) – The Alabama Association of Realtors (AAR) reports home sales in our state increased 5.9% from October to November in their most recent study.
They say 5,168 homes were sold. AAR reports that although this number broke a trend of three consecutive months of declining sales, it’s still a 2.5% decrease in home sales from 2023.
