▷ NATO has confirmed the deployment of North Korean troops to Russia, calling it a ‘dangerous expansion’ of the Ukraine war. Following weeks of intelligence reports, Mark Rutte met with South Korean officials saying military units had been sent to the Kursk region, where Ukraine launched an offensive in August.
