CMG documentary film Hotline Beijing premieres in Beijing [Video]

Documentary film Hotline Beijing premiered in the Chinese capital on Tuesday, one day ahead of the 2024 Beijing Forum on Swift Response to Public Complaints. The production depicts people’s experience of the 12345 public service hotline and how Beijing responds to public complaints. The launching ceremony was attended by over 400 participants, including heads of internationally renowned cities, filmmakers and experts from home and abroad. The documentary film, produced by China Central Newsreel and Documentary Film Studio (Group) under China Media Group, is scheduled to be released in 2025.
