The 2024 Billboard Music Awards have finally arrived!

Hosted by actress and comedian Michelle Buteau, the two-hour special honored those who excelled in music this year as determined by performance metrics on Billboard‘s year-end charts.

Zach Bryan led this year’s nominations with 18, followed by Taylor Swift with 16, Morgan Wallen with 15 and Sabrina Carpenter with nine. Meanwhile, first-time nominees include Teddy Swims, Tyla, Benson Boone, Shaboozey and Chappell Roan.

Furthermore, this year saw the addition of three new award categories: top hard rock album, top hard rock artist, and top hard rock song.

As for performers, Coldplay, Jelly Roll, Megan Moroney, Shaboozey, Teddy Swims, Tyla, SEVENTEEN, Stray Kids, Linkin Park and Fuerza Regida took the stage.
